Common Questions

How do I cancel my subscription?

Claricito subscriptions are managed through Apple. To cancel, open the Settings app on your iPhone → tap your Apple ID at the top → Subscriptions → select Claricito → Cancel Subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

How do I delete my account and data?

You can request account deletion at any time from within the app: go to Settings → Privacy & Data → Delete My Account. This permanently deletes your profile, conversation history, mood logs, and all associated data. Alternatively, email support@claricito.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request" and we will process it within 30 days.

What data does Claricito collect?

Is Clari a real therapist?

No. Clari is an AI companion designed to support self-reflection and emotional awareness. Claricito is not a clinical service and is not a substitute for professional mental health care. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please use the crisis resources below.

How do I report a bug or give feedback?

Email support@claricito.com with a description of the issue, your device model, and iOS version. Screenshots are always helpful.
